Pit box: Who will win at Atlanta?
Atlanta Motor Speedway, Georgia 500
Fantasy picks for the Georgia 500 at Atlanta Motor Speedway.

Roger: The Home Depot doesn’t sponsor a race at Atlanta Motor Speedway, but Tony Stewart still gives the company good publicity in its back yard. Stewart ran second to Jimmie Johnson in the spring race, but the roles were reversed last October, when Stewart picked up the second of his three wins in Chase races. His seven top fives in 17 races at Atlanta are too many to overlook.

Sleeper: Reed Sorenson.
Not so fast: Kevin Harvick.

Vinnie: Let’s just make this the Depot Duel, shall we? I’ll be taking care of business with Carl Edwards, who happens to drive the No. 99 Office Depot Ford. Edwards always gets hot in Atlanta, where he has won twice and finished in the top 10 in five of six career Cup races. After rolling to consecutive seventh-place finishes there, it’s time for him to surge back to victory lane.

Sleeper: Juan Pablo Montoya.
Not so fast: Kyle Busch.

Last week: Vinnie went with Johnson (again) and this time got a win. But Roger’s pick of Jeff Gordon finished third, thwarting any opportunity for Vinnie to pick up significant points with four races to go. Sounds sort of like the Chase, doesn’t it?

Standings through 32 races: Roger: 4,439; Vinnie: 4,318.
