| | From FOXSports.com Unlike Friday's sole practice session, NASCAR Sprint Cup Series teams were able to beat the rain Saturday afternoon and complete both of their scheduled practice sessions before Sunday's 500-lap race (coverage begins 1:30 p.m. ET on FOX)
Kasey Kahne will enter race day pretty happy after setting the fastest lap of the final practice session Saturday, 121.198 mph.
"We had a good practice," said Kahne. "We got the car better throughout all practice and our Dodge really felt great. We knew that the rain was coming in and wanted to make sure that we had our race package ready for tomorrow." David Reutimann, early morning practice leader Denny Hamlin, Jeff Burton and David Gilliland rounded out the top five during Happy Hour.
Championship leader and defending race winner Kyle Busch was 21st quick in the session while Jimmie Johnson, who will start on the pole after rain wiped out qualifying Friday, was 27th best.
