money orders or cashier's checks payable to Racegear.com. Orders sent
via U.S. mail may take up to two weeks to be processed.

Racegear.com is committed to offering efficient shipping methods. We do
not inflate our shipping fees. Many times, ordering an extra item or two
is less than an additional $1 in shipping fees. We ship our products quickly

Item Availability
Our merchandise is designated as: in stock, pending shipment, pre-order
sale, and special-order item. Your credit card is not charged until your
merchandise is shipped.
In-stock items are available immediately
and leave the warehouse in 3 business days for orders received before
noon CST (Central Standard Time). Racegear.com offers most of its items
in stock and ready for shipment once the customer's order, payment information
and address are received and verified.
Terms related to item availability that
may temporarily affect the shipment date include:
- Pending shipment: Customers who order
items pending shipment will be given an expected ship date via e-mail.
Items pending shipment will be shipped once the merchandise is available.
- Pre-order sale: Items sold as pre-orders
have been sold in advance and will be shipped upon their appropriate
release date. Customers who select pre-order sales will receive via
e-mail the date the item is expected to be shipped once it is released
by the manufacturer.
- Special-order item: Since special-order
items typically are not made until after an order is placed, this type
of merchandise may take 2-3 weeks for shipment. Customers will receive
information about the status of their special-order item via e-mail.

Redirect Fees
A $15 redirect fee will be charged
for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address input
by the customer.

Return Policy

We offer simple steps to a hassle-free return policy.
Racegear.com has a 30-day return policy.
Items may be returned up to 30 days after you receive your item. We will
gladly refund the cost of the item, less shipping and handling. Call our
toll-free number at 888-460-4442 to receive an RMA number (Return Merchandise
Authorization). We will refund the cost of the item or offer an exchange,
based upon the customer's preference. Please note that all merchandise
must be returned in original condition.
For items that have been broken or damaged due to shipping, call our toll-free
number at 888-460-4442 for instructions on filing a claim with UPS.
